Location Settings
To set/change the site-wide Location Settings, go to the admin menu (settings cog) and select Localisation. On the dropdown menu to the left of the page, select Location Settings:
From here, it is possible to:
- Select default timezone
- Allow users to choose their own timezone
- Set date format (align with how this appears in .csv files)
- Set default country
- Set default city
Date and Calendar Settings
To set/change the date/calendar settings, go to the admin menu (settings cog) and select Appearance. On the dropdown menu to the left of the page, select Calendar:
Here, you can:
- Select calendar type
- Set admins to see all events via Admins see all tick box
- Select time display format
- Select which day starts the week
- Select which are the weekend days for your business
- Select how far ahead the calendar displays events
- Enable whether calendar can be exported
Installing Language Packs
It is possible to make multiple languages accessible via AssessBook. To add an additional language to English, go to the admin menu (settings cog) and select Localisation. On the dropdown menu to the left, select Language packs:
From here, you can install selected language packs, e.g. French:
To edit the Language Settings, go to the admin menu (settings cog) and select Localisation. On the dropdown menu, select Language settings, where you can set the default language that appears to users:
