Overview

This page outlines how to add a scheduled report in AssessBook. 



To begin with, ensure that you are logged in on the 'LDS Support' account. Using he cog, navigate to the main reports page:

Choose what type of scheduled report you would like to add, for this example, we will create a course completion report. Next to the Course Completion report, click 'View', this will load the below page:

Here, you can add the required filters needed to show the information that is needed in the scheduled report. Once you have added the filters needed, click 'Search' at the bottom. This will then show only the data that you would like the report to show. To ensure that this can be added as a scheduled report, you will need to save the search, you can do this by clicking 'save this search' at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the below screen:

Here,  you will give the report a name and set whether this is a private or shared report. If it is set to private, only the LDS Support account will be able to view the report, if it is set to shared, anyone can view the report if they have the correct permissions. Once you are happy with the name and have set the availability, click 'Save changes'.  To add the scheduled report, go to https://swr.assessbook.com/my/reports.php and scroll to the bottom of the page, this is where you will add the scheduled report:

From this drop down, choose course completion as this is where we added the saved search. You will then be taken to the below page where you can select the saved search from the drop down, set the schedule for when the report is sent and also decide who receives the report:

You can either add who receives the report by audience or add users individually. To add either of these, select which you'd like to add and then use the 'Search' tab to search for the users or audiences that you would like to add. Once you have selected all the users that you would like to add, click 'Save":

This will then add the selected user(s) to the schedule, you can also tick 'send to self' which will also send the report to the LDS Support account. You can also add external users email addresses by filling in the external users email and clicking 'add email':

Once you have added all of the recipients and you are happy with the schedule, click 'save changes'. You have now successfully added a scheduled report.
