Welcome to the AssessTech User Knowledge Base!

This area is designed to be the go-to place for

user guides

explanations, top tips and videos about all of the ACMS modules.




The Aim

Shared knowledge has been an emerging theme in the ACMS community so we wanted to create a place where we could share our knowledge because no one knows ACMS better than us!

The Knowledge Base has a section for each module which is further divided into guides for admin users and module users. The structure is the same for each guide and sections include; a glossary of terms, useful reports, useful widgets and FAQs.

We are in regular contact with company admins at each TOC. If additional help is required from AssessTech, a company admin can contact us through a number of different channels. 

  • Get in contact with your designated Technical Account Manager. Send us an email or give the office a call.
  • Raise a Redmine for any questions you have or features you would like to request.
  • Get involved with the working group. Our TOCs meet up on a monthly basis to
discuss
