Introduction
Bulletins are issued notices which must be read and/or signed. This user guide explains how to do so using ACMS.

Reading and Signing Bulletins
When you are issued a bulletin you will receive an email notification.
You can view and sign your bulletins on ACMS by going to the My Bulletins tab on your My Page.

FAQsCan I read a bulletin more than once? Yes, a bulletin will remain on your dashboard for you to read until it is withdrawn or an end date has been applied to it. Can I change whether or not I understood the bulletin? Yes, you can re-sign a bulletin and a record of the change will remain on ACMS. I've been issued a bulletin which doesn't apply to me, what should I do? ACMS has a configurable understood option of 'Not applicable'. If your company has enabled this then select this option when signing your bulletin. Why was I not given the option to sign my bulletins? Not all bulletins require a signature, therefore for certain bulletins you only need to make sure you read them. |
