Overview
In order to optimise ACMS reporting, we have undertaken the process of consolidating the existing report list.
To accomplish this, new reports have been created to address needs currently met by multiple reports. Each report is configured with a range of input controls such that greater flexibility is afforded to the user extracting the data.
In some areas of the system, export options have been added to pages such that the data can be pulled at this point. As such, some reports have been withdrawn to make way for these export options.

Link Reports (K1-9)
The first area of reporting to undergo optimisation is reporting associated with Links (i.e. reports K1-9). These have been consolidated into 5 reports and 1 data export function from the Link Admin.
Existing/New Report Table
In order to understand how the old and new reports are linked, the below table associates each existing report with its new counterpart. Descriptions have been included for all reports to see how these relate and input controls have been detailed against the new reports so that users are aware of the filter options available:

Investigation Recommendations Reports (V4-5.1)
The same has been done with Investigation Recommendations reports (i.e. reports V4-5.1), in order to consolidate into 1 report (V04).
