Overview

The below guide will provide an overview of the steps to take in order to mark seminar attendance on the new Learning Management System.


On this page:




Step 1

Navigate to the relevant course page either via your own Record of Learning or Find Learning. Once you are on the course page, select Attendees. This is listed next to the course date you would like to take attendance against:


Step 2

The Attendees page will bring up the full list of those scheduled to attend the workshop on the given date/time. In order to mark off those that have attended, navigate to the Take attendance sub-tab:


Step 3

Under Take attendance, you will then be able to set the status of those listed to attend as either Partially attendedNot setNo show, or Fully attended. 

You can either set the status individually by using the dropdown menu under Current status, or you can tick the check boxes to the left of each candidate's name and set to a particular status in bulk using the Select dropdown option.

Once the status has been set, do not forget to click the Save attendance button in the bottom left of the page:


Step 4

Once the statuses have been saved, you can export the attendee list by using the Export function at the base of the page:
