FFD Check: or Fitness for Duty checks are the default check on ACMS and are designed as a quick check of whether or not a person is fit for duty.

Custom Checks: bespoke checks set up by TOCs.

Performing Checks

Checks are completed in the Perform Checks admin.

Navigation

Menu > Check > Perform Checks

At the top of the page, you will see three buttons which alter the way in which the page is sorted:

  1. Candidate: sorts the page alphabetically by candidates' surnames
  2. Check: sorts the page by how overdue the FFD checks are
  3. Additional: sorts page by the number of additional checks the candidates have

Custom Checks are completed in the same manner as FFD checks (i.e. by double-clicking a candidate and filling in the Check Options and Properties). Additional Custom Checks assigned to an individual will show in the tabs at the top of the page.

Viewing Candidate Checks

All checks completed on a candidate are displayed in the Check tab on their Candidate Dashboard.
