Form Workbench: the admin used to complete forms.
Locked Form: uneditable completed form.
Draft Form: editable completed form.
Completing Forms
Forms are completed in the Form Workbench.
Menu > Form > Form Workbench
he Candidate field auto-populates to the signed-in candidate. However, you can assign a different candidate by selecting the three dots next to the name and selecting and submitting a candidate.
When completing a form, tLocking Forms
Once a form has been created in the Form Workbench, it will appear on the right hand side of the Form Workbench. It's possible to 'lock' forms through right-clicking on the Form and selecting Lock. This will result in the status of the form changing to 'Locked' and the Completed Time column auto-populating to the current date and time. A locked form can no longer be edited.
Viewing Completed Forms
You can view completed forms on ACMS by going to the Forms tab on the Candidate Dashboard or My Page.
FAQs
Can I complete a Form on behalf of a candidate?
Yes, just set the Candidate field to the relevant candidate when creating the Form.
