Below are the features and bugs included in this release of ACMS.  Please note that some changes may need to be configured, therefore, they will not be immediately enabled upon release.  If you require these changes, please raise a Redmine detailing your specific requirements.

Features

Assessment:

  • Implemented a change to make it mandatory for an assessor to select an assessment period when starting an assessment on ACMS. An 'Additional Assessment' period will be assessable on all schedules by default.
  • Assessment Changes - see ACMS Assessment section below.
  • Implemented a change on the Summary tab within an assessment to show the percentage of criteria complete on the assessment, the period and the schedule.

Licensing:

  • Implemented a change to prevent duplicate license numbers from being added to candidates. 
  • Implemented a the ability to localise ID card fields on ACMS, including the 'Guests Applies For (RED Cab Pass)' field which shows when applying for a Cab Pass.

Incident & Investigation

  • Implemented a change to allow users to preview investigation reports in the browser like you can with data files.
  • Implemented a change to remove the 'Add SMIS Reference' option on the investigation admin page. SMIS information is added via the SMIS tab within Investigations.

Bulletin

  • On the bulletin tab within the candidate dashboard the following changes have been made:
    -Additional filters have been added to the 'Current' tab: All, Unread, Unsigned, Misunderstood.

Bugs

Base

  • Implemented a fix to prevent Users from editing the User Access of another user who is in a security group which above their security group in the hierarchy.
  • Implemented a fix to resolve sync issues with iAssessU IOS assessment app. This will resolve User login and assessment summary comments sync issues.
  • Implemented a fix to prevent duplicate Role Types from being added to the same candidate.
  • Implemented a fix to Notification 05 'Driver Address Changed' to stop the notification sending out when a Driver role has been retired on the candidate.
  • Implemented a fix to prevent users from submitting text fields that exceed the field length.
  • Fixed an issue with the Help Page Button '?' in the top right corner not displaying when you have permission to view the page.

Assessment

  • Implemented a fix to resolve an issue with regenerating CMS events.
  • Implemented a fix to the review tab on assessments to prevent this page from inheriting the same filters applied on the items tab. The review tab filters are now independent of the filters on the items tab.
  • Implemented a fix to resolve an issue where users with Assessor Status Disabled/Suspended could complete assessments.

  • Fixed an issue with Tracked Assessments that couldn't be Unsealed and then deleted if they were sealed by the candidate.

Licensing

  • Implement a fix to prevent multiple of the same ID card subtypes being added to a candidate's role when they system store hasn't loaded correctly. This will mean that candidates will now only be able to have one ID card of each ID card subtype per role.
  • Implemented a fix to prevent duplicate licenses of the same License Type from being added to the same role.

Incident & Investigation

  • Implemented a fix in the database to prevent Investigation summary comments from being cropped on the Investigation reports.
  • Fixed an issue which stopped the 'Action Taken' and 'Removed from safety critical work' fields from displayed on respondents in certain circumstances.
  • Implemented a fix to ACMS to ensure that the system only keeps the latest evidence data record if you upload a new one over the top.
  • Fixed an issue where Incidents that are under investigation without respondents weren't showing in the 'Under Investigation' filter.
  • Fixed an issue where you could start multiple investigations on the same incident. 

Hours

  • Implemented a fix to allow users to Re-open Hours Tracker Schedules that have been closed, as long as there is not another open hours tracker schedule.
  • Implemented a change to be able to Start a second schedule, Complete and Re-open hours tracker schedules from the hours tracker tab on the candidate dashboard. Starting the initial hours tracker schedule is still done from the Main tab on Role within the candidate dashboard.

Bulletin

  • Implemented a fix on the bulletin tab within the candidate dashboard to prevent " " appearing in the understood column whilst searching.

Check

  • Implemented a fix to resolve an issue with candidates appearing multiple times on the perform check page.

Forms

  • Implemented a fix on the form workbench page to allow users to scroll left and right on form category column so you can view the full form type name.

     

Non Functional

  • A new mechanism for scheduled reports is available. Post the upgrade the Account lead will be in contact to discuss the changes and how to proceed. Please Note: All the current scheduled reports will remain in place.
  • Implemented a fix to remove Duplicate Report Unit records in the database. Please Note: If the duplicate version of the report was favourited by a user then this favourited report will be removed and you will need to favourite the report again on the report list.
  • Implemented a change to reports so that text (string) input controls can be made mandatory, e.g: payroll number.
  • Additional Logging has been added to CMS Event generation to help identify any issues if completed assessments show on CMS events.
  • Updated to the latest firebase version to resolve a potential deadlock issue with firebase.
  • Updated page loading logic to improve speed during long browsing sessions.
  • Implemented a change to how UI Themes are generated.
  • Implemented a change to how ACMS connects to the Report Server.
  • Medical Integration - As part of this release we are now able to integrate medical data onto ACMS.


ACMS Assessment Changes


1) Previous Version Buttons

The ‘Magnifying glass’ filter button and ‘Remove unit’ headers button have been removed and have been replaced with the new filters.

2) Criteria Filter:
-    Current Period: This filter shows all the criteria that have been assigned to the schedule period.
-    All units: This filter shows all the criteria assigned to the schedule.

3) Currently Assessed:
This section allows you to select an assessment level to show all the criteria items that have been assessed that level in the current assessment.

4) Assessed State:
Unassessed/Assessed – This allows you to toggle between unassessed and assessed items.
Dropdown box – Assessment/Period/Schedule – This dropdown allows you to define the scope of the unassessed/Assessed toggle.

Below defines all the possible combinations and how they will work:
-  Unassessed -> Assessment: This filter will show any unassessed criteria within the current assessment.
-  Unassessed -> Period: This filter will show any unassessed criteria within the current period. If another assessment was completed on the same period as the current assessment, then the criteria would reflect that assessment as well.
-  Unassessed -> Schedule: This filter will show any unassessed criteria within the current schedule.
-  Assessed -> Assessment: This filter will show any assessed criteria within the current assessment.
-  Assessed -> Period: This filter will show any assessed criteria within the current period. If another assessment was completed on the same period as the current assessment, then the criteria would reflect that assessment as well.
-    Assessed -> Schedule: This filter will show any assessed criteria within the current schedule.

Please note: This filter will not show the levels given to items assessed in previous assessments. It will only show whether the item has been assessed or not.

5) Criteria Complete:
-  Assessment Criteria Complete: This shows the percentage of criteria completed, of the criteria assigned to the schedule period, in the current assessment.
-  Period Criteria Complete: This shows the percentage of criteria completed, of the criteria assigned to the schedule period, in the current period. If another assessment was completed on the same period as the current assessment, then the criteria percentage would reflect that assessment as well.
-  Schedule Criteria Complete: This shows the percentage of criteria completed, of the criteria assigned to the schedule, across all assessments in the schedule.

Please note: The Percentage complete fields on the Summary tab reflect the same percentages as on the Items page.
