Features

 Assessment:

  • Implemented a change when assessing the Summary Assessment period on ACMS. The Summary Assessment period will now show all units as part of the 'Current Period' filter by default.
  • On the Schedule Template page the 'Events' column has been renamed to 'Show in CMS'.  If this field has not changed following the upgrade then this will need to be localised.
  • Implemented a change which allows schedule types that are 'Flex-Yes' to be switched to 'Flex-No'. The list of candidate schedules that will be impacted by this change will be displayed before submitting the change. Any candidate schedule and schedule period end dates that were impacted by 'flex' will be reset back to the default schedule length.
Flex Schedules: Where FLEX is set, the period with the highest offset specified on the Schedule Type (i.e. number of days since the start of the schedule) will realign with the candidate schedule end date, should the candidate schedule end date be altered to extend the length of the schedule.

Incident:

  • Implemented a change to visibility of incidents on the candidate dashboard. Previously, if the candidate's role at time on the incident was a role that your user role group did not allow you to see, then the incident wouldn't show up on the candidate dashboard. This has been updated so that if you have chief investigator permissions or are the DCP, Lead or an investigator on the investigation then you will be able to see the incident even if the candidate's role at time is a role you're not permitted to see.

Bulletin:

  • Removed the grid view option in the top right hand corner of the Bulletin Workbench page. The page will now only show the list view.
  • Implemented new filters in the top right hand corner of the Bulletin Workbench page:
All - This will show all bulletins that have been created. Bulletins that haven't been issued or have been withdrawn will show in the 'All' filter.
Upcoming - This will show issued bulletins that have a start date in the future.
Active - This will show issued bulletins that have a start date in the past and have not ended or expired.
Ended - This will show issued bulletins that have ended but have not expired.
Expired - This will show issued bulletins that have expired.
No Expiry Date - This will show issued bulletins that don't have an expiry date.

Bugs

Base:

  • Fixed an issue where text fields on ACMS that were not submitted before your session expired were not saved when you restarted your session, for example: Summary comments on an Assessment.
  • Fixed an issue where if you removed all your homepage widgets and logged out, when you logged back in you wouldn't have the ability to add the widgets back to your homepage.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple reports would not display on the report admin dropdown within the role tab on the candidate dashboard.

Assessment:

  • Implemented a change which prevents 'flex' schedules having their end date set shorter than the defined schedule type length. Following the upgrade we will be in touch about running a tool to update candidate schedules that have an end date which is shorter than the defined schedule type length.

Incident:

  • Fixed an issue on the incident and investigation admin pages, where your search filters were not saved when navigating back to these pages.

  • No labels
