Bugs

Base

  • Fixed an issue with the Report Assignment page to stop it reverting to the top of the page after having checked a Security Group/Role Type/Course, or after having scrolled through the list of reports.

    • Did you know? The Report Assignment page has been reconfigured to include filters for Security Groups, Role Types, and Courses (if using AssessBook), and the parent folder, name and description columns have been adjusted so that the full details are displayed.
  • Various issues with the reporting database have also been fixed, specifically in relation to Incidents and Schedule Criteria.

Incident

  • Fixed an issue with the Incident and Investigation counts showing incorrectly via the Incident and Investigation pages, respectively.

Bulletin

  • Fixed an issue in Candidate Bulletin that meant the 'Show Withdrawn' filter was set by default.
  • Fixed an issue that prohibited bulletins from being viewed by assigned candidates due to their security group.

Form

  • Fixed an issue that occurred when editing a Form and having expanded the window. Previously, this would have shown a white/empty space below the cancel/submit button. The window now expands appropriately.
  • Fixed an issue that occurred in relation to long question types not wrapping. Previously, these would have run to the edge of the window but now wrap appropriately.

Features

Base

  • Candidate Schedule ID can now be used as an input control on reports. This will be applied where relevant.
  • It is now possible to click through to a user's Candidate Dashboard from the Incapacity widget.
    • Did you know? The Incapacity widget was introduced in 5.2.3 and is designed to provide a count and list of all those assigned an incapacity. This can be configured on a security group basis, if requested.
  • Error handling for uploads has been added.
  • It is now possible to assign Gender and additional Phone Numbers via the Role Wizard.

Incident

  • A search bar has been added to the Recommendation page which will allow the user to search on the basis of whether it has/hasn't been implemented, the Recommendation Category, date range of the Implementation By date, and date range of the Investigation Date.
  • Recommendations can now be associated with an ACMS user's personnel record. When adding a Recommendation to an Investigation, you will have the option to choose between Internal and External under Recommendation Type. If choosing External, there is a free text box to enter the relevant details. If choosing Internal, you will now be able to search and select an ACMS user.

Bulletin

  • A new column has been added to the Bulletin Workbench which displays the number of bulletins that have been sent per Bulletin Category.

Configurable Features

Base

  • It is now possible to host multiple themes on one site. This may be useful to distinguish between multiple branches of a business that use one site to host all learners. New themes would need to be built and configured before being applied.

Incident

  • Recommendation Category has been added as a menu option so that Recommendations can be grouped together depending on their type. This requires a new security permission and will need to be configured on a security group basis in order to appear.

    • Did you know? The Recommendation Category can be assigned from the Recommendation Admin and via Investigation Workbench > Recommendation.
