Bugs
Base
- Improved server logging when users do not have permission to perform an action in the system. This has been incorporated to assist AssessTech when diagnosing/troubleshooting issues.
- Fixed a bug affecting the facepic importer that would prohibit it from running.
- Medicals imported/input with erroneous dates can now be deleted in order to mark as invalid.
- Implemented a fix to prohibit users from accessing the Candidate Dashboard of users without Candidate status.
- Implemented a fix to reset the form on the Medical tab of the Candidate Dashboard when marking the last general medical as invalid, where it is the only general medical for that candidate.
Assessment
- Fixed the logic behind notification 51 such that it sends only when a tracked assessment is completed with the candidate's status set 'not competent'.
- Implemented a fix to re-align Schedule Periods within a Schedule Type where 'FLEX' is active.
Incident
- Fixed an error that would present when submitting a respondent against an incident or investigation with a space as either the firstname or surname. As a result, it is no longer prohibited to enter whitespace in required fields.
- It is now possible to select the 'role at time' for respondents within and incident and/or investigation. Previously, this was automatic (based on the highest priority role in the system) and could not be edited.
- Implemented a fix for 'record is stale' errors that presented when changing the status of an investigation report.
Bulletin
- Fixed a bug that would present the First Read Date of a bulletin as '0' or '01/01/1970' such that this now displays as blank if unread.
- Fixed a discrepancy between the reporting on the Candidate Bulletin widget and the Candidate Dashboard where the First Read Date was recorded as '0' or '01/01/1970'.
Check
- Implemented further fixes for an error that would override the 'Created By' user with the AssessTech Admin account details when a check is performed in the app.
Hours Tracker
- Fixed a bug that prohibited hours tracker suspensions and missed days from being correctly calculated on schedules that started within BST.

- Reporting can now be carried out against Form Audiences.
Configurable Features
Licensing
- Added a new user for 'License Create' that when associated with a security group allows personnel to add a License record from the Candidate Dashboard.
- Implemented a new 'License Type' record that allows multiple types of license to be recorded (i.e. EU and UK) on the same system. These changes cascade to ID Cards such that multiple types of the same ID card (i.e. SCWID) can be recorded and linked with different 'License Type' records. This has been implemented for customers affected by changes under Brexit legislation that have resulted in the need for Drivers to carry multiple licenses.
Bulletin
- Implemented the ability to sort the 'My Bulletins' and 'Bulletin' tabs on My Page and Candidate Dashboard, respectively, by 'Read' status in ascending or descending order based on the following logic:
- Not Read
- No 'Understood' record
- Error
- Not Applicable
- Misunderstood
- Understood
