Bugs

  • A fix has been implemented to allow personnel without a role to display under their Depot via Candidate Schedule screen.
  • A fix has been implemented under 'Assessment Planning' in order that schedule periods are sorted.

Features

  • Sync functionality now uses arrays for improved performance.
  • Users can now only sync on the login screen.
  • Optimisations have been added to all screens.
  • Data is now synced differently in order that data record issues are less likely to occur, data records are recoverable in most instances, and data can be synced on its own in certain circumstances.
  • A configurable message has been enabled to appear when a migration has taken place. By default, it reads: "An update to the app has occurred. A sync is required for the app to work correctly."
  • The ability to upload logs upon a failed sync has now been added to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Certain configuration such as log level, login type, session timeout, background timeout and Firebase ID is now app independent.
  • The 'Assessment' screen now uses listeners for updates in order to speed up screen load time.
  • The 'Quick Assess' implementation has been amended to run more efficiently.
    • Did you know? To 'quick assess', select the level set against the criteria item on the Assessment screen without having to click into the criteria item itself.
  • The 'Assessment' and 'Candidate Schedule' screens no longer use Candidate Schedule Item records to decrease loading time.
  • Unassessed items now show by default under the summary assessment period.
  • The loading of summary assessments has been improved.
  • The 'Location' autocomplete now shows 'Location Type'.

Configurable Features

  • The ability to upload logs and database to the AssessTech file sync and share client, NextCloud, has been implemented to aid direct troubleshooting.
  • It is now possible to stop the display of notes on the 'Candidate Schedule' screen by adding a Schedule Type Property via ACMS. This can be done on a per schedule basis.
  • It is now possible to allow a non-assessable schedule i.e. a support/action plan to be visible within the app. This may be helpful if a user has been put on an action plan that informs their CMS schedule/criteria that need to be assessed. This can be configured on a per schedule basis by adding a Schedule Type Property via ACMS.
